I have worked in the Residential Mortgage arena since 2004. Serving in many roles, with experience in Closing & Post Closing Review, Secondary Marketing & Rate management, LOS Admin & Management. Working for a smaller bank as allowed me to be a part of the mortgage process from begining to end. I worked on a LOS conversion in 2009 and rolled out a new LOS in 2010 at the same time as the regulatory Good Faith Estimate changes took effect. Not fully satisfied with the performance of our LOS, I researched and presented Ellie Mae Encompass to management to replace our Interlinq product. In early 2015 began the conversion to Encompass and was able to complete the implementation and roll out to users in just 3 months. Currently I am serving as the Mortgage Systems Administrator at First Bank.
