I took the Wilton Beginner and Advanced classes for cake decorating at Mitchell Community College. I bake/decorate cakes for all occassions.

I answered sales calls. I answered questions for customers. I set appointments for the salesmen. I cold called customers; informing them of the great promotions we had running, as well as, important information we needed to share with them. I answered internet inquiries. I worked hand in hand with the sales team as we worked to find the vehicle the customers requested. I followed up with the customers who came into our dealership to ensure they had a quality experience. I entered data into the computer, updated customer records.

I answered and transferred phone calls. I had to log each call and to whom it was sent. I assisted customers with any questions they had. I greeted each person with a smile. I did whatever I could find that needed to be done.

I assisted the Human Resource Department, Insurance Department, Switchboard Department, and Receptionist Department. I assisted in hosting events such as a pastor convention, a youth conference, and weekly business luncheons for the Pastor. I did a lot of data entry, medical coding, answering and transferring phone calls, answered questions for those who called, typeset various documents for projects, organized and updated employee files. I called employees regarding their insurance information. I mailed information to employees. As well as, collected mail for the various departments. Light cleaning; vacuuming and dusting.

I dispatched authorities when needed, contacted customers regarding alarm activations/signals, answered phones, data entry

Assisted three fourth grade teachers, taught Health, assisted students with classwork, created bulletin boards, made copies, filed paperwork, walked class to and from activities such as lunch and recess, tutored students after school, graded homework/classwork, occassionally substituted
