I have a passion for working with children and families in minority communities. I began my career working as a Registered Behavior Technician. I provided supervised Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with developmental disabilities and supportive services to their caregivers. I excelled at collaborating with clinicians and other people on the child’s team to create encompassing care plans.I now work as a Level 2 Bilingual Case Manager at Endeavors.
