As a MRF manager, I am responsible for operation of the Dallas Material Recovery Facility operations, including human resources, and driver management. My role involves creating new processes and documentation for sales reps. Assisting sales reps and other stakeholders in identifying new business opportunities, handling budgets, and also ensuring high level of customer service to WM standards. Knowledge of current labor laws, OSHA standards, and FMCSA rules and regulations is another component of my role.

My role as an Operations Manager was to oversee day to day frontline operations. I worked closely with the MRF (Material Recovery Facility) manager to create and implement policies and procedures. My role also included HR duties such as payroll, insurance, and employee benefits. I also oversaw our dispatching department in resolving driver issues timely and efficiently.

In my role as an office manager I oversaw the daily operations of the office side of the business and our dispatch (scale house) operations. This role required the ability to ensure that deadlines were met without sacrificing WM standards. I also handled scheduling of 3rd party carriers on a daily basis. My role also required regular contract management and auditing with customers.
