• Establish and maintain consistent fit information between various categories, brands and labels.• Maintain consistent quality standards with vendors.• Ensure all apparel is labeled according to FTC regulations.• Ensure all kids items comply with CPSC regulations.• Partner with Buyer/Vendor to capture accurate selling benefits.• Make dispositions on failed audits and follow up with vendors.• Provide fit training for Nordstrom Direct contact center.• Analyze return reasons across categories and develop strategic plans for improvement.• Read, distribute and react to customer comment cards.• Train new hires & Quality team on Fit & Product guidelines and standards.
