As a Business Analyst I work with customers to guide them through their vision by ensuring the solution meets their needs. I act as the liaison between customers and the development team, and at times proxy product owner, for Agile teams. I follow the full Agile cycle decomposing requirements into user stories, conducting grooming/planning sessions and occasionally acting as the Scrum Master. I help companies go through Agile transformations by understanding their current state and recommending changes that will help get them to their goals. I conduct training and provide guidance on Agile best practices for anyone in need.

As a Solutions Analyst I bridge the gap between technology and business process. I get into the details with tasks involving requirements gathering, wireframes, documentation and implementation. There are times where I step back and look at the overall project to develop communication plans, manage the project, and make strategic decisions based on its progress and health. As a Solutions Analyst, I cover all of the bases with technology and business process to develop and implement lasting solutions.

Administrative level functions including answering phones, assisting other employees, and document maintenance. Trained and tested new applications implemented in the office. Assisted with financial reviews and invoicing. Functioned as a Business Analyst for core systems.
