Software Expertise- Develop deep expertise in Browzwear products.- Master garment construction methods across a wide range of categories: activewear, sportswear, intimates, seamless, outerwear, fleece, denim, swimwear, and tailored garments.Customer Management- Provide exceptional support and build strong customer partnerships, offering expertise, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Lead the execution of strategic implementation plans, ensuring smooth workflows, risk mitigation, and successful adoption across teams.- Conduct workflow evaluations, providing tailored recommendations to enhance customer solutions and drive positive business impact.- Maintain high customer satisfaction, contributing to long-term customer retention and lifetime value.Technical Solutioning- Resolve technical issues quickly by diagnosing problems and providing clear solutions.- Collect and prioritize product improvement feedback from customers, contributing to product enhancements and increased customer satisfaction.- Work with QA teams to report, track, and ensure the resolution of bugs and technical issues.Browzwear Community Engagement- Actively contribute to the Global Customer Success community by sharing insights, supporting team members, and driving knowledge-sharing initiatives.- Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management teams to identify customer needs and deliver innovative solutions.- Provide valuable customer insights to Customer Enablement and Solution Consulting teams for the creation of learning content and effective implementation strategies.- Work with Product and R&D teams to communicate customer feedback, bugs, and feature requests, helping shape product development and roadmap.

- Support the users of Browzwear Software Suite by providing technical solutions and best practices for digital product creation. - Lead support calls with clients as a technical expert to assist with garment creation, skill development, and best practices across all apparel product categories and processes of the digital workflow. - Work cross functionally with Sales and Client Success teams to provide technical insight for client’s digital transformations. - Collaborate with the Product and Development team to share client insights, bugs, and feature requests that effect current releases of the software and will influence future software releases.- Develop advanced skills in the Browzwear software suite and complex 3D garment construction.

- Supported the 3D lead for the Heritage Brands Technical Design team in the digitization of the design and fit process for all product classifications. - Trained and developed vendor skills of VStitcher for 3D design and 3D fit protos. - Contributed to creating and establishing digital quality standards for 3D sample submission. - Responsible for maintaining and updating digital block library for all product classifications on Stylezone.- Collaborated with Heritage Brands design teams to create seasonal development in 3D by creating colorways, refining simulation, and modifying existing digital protos to create new style development. - Provided Browzwear skill development sessions to technical design and design teams through one-on-one virtual learnings for VStitcher and Lotta.
