I am the Practice Leader for akaCRM's Nonprofit Practice and serve as a Client Support Advisor and Engagement Manager for key akaCRM clients. I am 4x Salesforce Certified and enjoy identifying client pain points and leveraging Salesforce to implement effective solutions.I joined the Salesforce ecosystem in 2013 while working for a Kansas City-based nonprofit, where I led Salesforce implementations and provided ongoing Salesforce support for 30+ nonprofit clients. Over the years, I've enjoyed numerous opportunities to help nonprofits implement Salesforce and see them realize the impact Salesforce can have on their mission. In addition to leading akaCRM's nonprofit clients, I also supports select clients in other industries.

At Support Kansas City, I am utilizing more than thirteen years of database administration experience to support over 30 nonprofits in the Kansas City metro area. My primary focus includes database design, implementation and training as well as day to day administration and ongoing technical support. During my time at SKC, I have facilitated more than 30 Salesforce deployments. Our growing list of clients includes the Youth Symphony of Kansas City, MainStream Coalition, The Mission Project, Down Syndrome Guild and Liberty Hospital Foundation – just to name a few. While most of my expertise is in Salesforce, I also have experience working in ACT!, Wild Apricot, DonorPerfect and Raisers Edge and I am always excited to stretch my skills by learning something new. I am thrilled to say that I truly love what I do. I get to put my technical skills to work every day while helping other nonprofits in Kansas City achieve their missions. It’s a win-win…win!
