I am an experienced Service Delivery specialist with a strong background in the Managed Services sector. Having worked within MSP's in New Zealand and the UK I have built up a broad knowledge of what great looks like. I have worked with many clients from small local business right up to large global enterprise customers. Currently I am heading up our team of Service Delivery Manager's across New Zealand, whilst also managing a few of our Enterprise accounts. This means I get to lead the team of SDM's and maintain the customer aspect. I'm passionate about Service Delivery and wants to ensure myself and the team within The Instillery provide our customers with an awesome experience!
