I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and skills within the Food Service Industry. I've been working within the industry for over 18 years, which has allowed me to learn just about every aspect of Food/Customer Service. From a humble start as a hostess I have worked my way through the ranks. The last position I held took me to a supervisory role within 6 months of starting with the company. Combined with my office experience I was given the opportunity to take over office work as well. I believe that maintaining a positive attitude effects the entire team and having a strong team is what makes a company successful. I am extremely confident with my communication skills both verbally and written. I'm always able to multitask during stressful or chaotic situations, I stay calm and composed when needing to make split second decisions. I understand how to make and keep customers happy and loyal. Working toward customers happiness makes me happy, I'm a very positive person and I bring that with me everyday.

I became involved with the office doing invoicing for not just my account but several different accounts. I teamed up with the College to coordinate and run different promotions. My entire day was spent with clients and assuring their happiness.
