This can include:• Identifying, establishing and maintaining appropriate worksites able to assist in the development and training of the workforce population we help to fit our local industry employment needs.• Providing information to participants and businesses alike to build a stronger alliance between job openings and existing qualified job seekers. • Assist individuals in basic job seeking skills- application completion, resumes, interviewing, the etiquette of job seeking and encouragement.

Responsible for the recruitment of candidates to fill open job opportunities at client locations in our community. Included interviewing,skills assessing and reference checking qualified candidates. Build and retain business relationships with contacts at client locations to sustain a beneficial employment collaberation.
