Since 2003, I have counseled countless adolescents regarding a broad spectrum of challenges. Not only do I help them navigate their way through college and career decisions, but also guide students as they resolve emotional crises, and manage interpersonal conflict. My duties also include coordination of local and state testing and decisions regarding student placement. Additionally, I facilitate student utilization of online high school and college courses.Accomplishments of which I am particularly proud to include:● I am able to successfully intervene in emotional and interpersonal crises, thereby minimizing the impact on both individual students and the school community. ● Responsible of overseeing the school’s proprietary and privileged information, I can report zero negative incidents over the years.

To meet the diverse needs of my students, I incorporated a variety of instructional modalities, improvising as required to meet idiosyncratic challenges. Concurrently, I ensured that core competencies of the general curriculum were addressed within the parameters of special education accommodations.I am especially proud of my ability to coach life skills acquisition and the fact that I helped my students achieve gainful employment.
