Product development, from discovery to deployment is where I thrive. i love learning how to take an underutilized material and transform it into a useful and valuable final product. My strength is combining Nutrition, Process Development, Operational Excellence, Marketing and Sales and achieving market success.My goal is to use my skills to work cross-functionally and bring together the key stakeholders required to champion ideas from concept to commercialization. Agriculture and technology are at the core of my interests while I enjoy engaging/teaching/coaching people that bring a variety of skills to the Product Development pipeline.
