This role had a dual nature supporting the office staff needs as well as a special support for the real estate right of way staff. Assistance with real estate licensing, memberships, education, subscriptions and keeping track of expiration dates of dozens of licenses well in advance of expiration. I worked as the remote online notary and coordinated multiple memberships across the country consolidating with vendors to grant discounts for mass memberships. Very organized and able to provide data on any item in a moment.
