Through incentives, coaching and monitoring I ensure my team are maximising and pushing every sale opportunity to obtain and increase sales by calling and emailing warm leads to produce orders. This also includes adding value by identifying customer needs, cross-selling and up-selling at every opportunity. I am highly involved in the social media side of Staples and I have recently created and developed my own Web Chat team who deal with pro-active and re-active customers.
