During my time at Paper Island I dealt with several National Accounts. My role was once the sale had been agreed by the Sales Team to take over the running of the account. This included making sure orders had been placed with the right departments right through to dispatching goods through the doors. The lead time from these two points could be up to 6 months.My main achievement at Paper Island was to implement an Auto Replenishment system to use on the National Accounts. This included obtaining EPOS data from several accounts and using this to set stock levels during busy Christmas periods. This included forward forecasting using historical data.
