I consider myself to have a friendly and outgoing personality with a great sense of humour. A highly motivated and reliable person with nearly fifteen years’ experience in customer service. Recently I have taken on some additional administrative responsibilities which involve having a keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to customer payments. These responsibilities have included fraud checking of orders, investigating and fixing delayed orders, payment investigations, chargebacks and disputes, all whilst using a variety of different systems including ISOP, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams and Onedrive, Google Documents, Slack Assist and Smartsheets. I pride myself on the level of customer service I provide, as well as my attention to detail. I am able to work as part of a team and had some experience in leading a team, but can also work on my own initiative. An excellent timekeeper, very organised and have the ability to multi-task in stressful situations. I am an excellent communicator with a confident and friendly telephone manner. I have the ability to liaise easily with Management and my fellow work colleagues. I have a flexible approach and always willing to help, support and train other members of staff. I am able to use computers to a very high standard, with the ability to new learn new systems and processes quickly. I enjoy fitness and take part in fitness classes weekly and have completed many runs and events for charity over the years, including Tough Mudder in May 2017. I am very sociable person and enjoy events and days out with my family and friends.
