Currently employed as a Learning Business Partner within a nationwide company leading on all Learning & Development requirements for approximately 2500 employees. Lead on the design and implementation of all Learning & Development initiatives focusing on enhancing capabilities to achieve success and organisational goals. Extensive experience of designing, developing and delivering multi-levelled leadership initiatives on a national scale across multiple sites, facilitating both face to face and virtual learning using a variety of mediums. Also the lead on our Apprenticeships strategy, from evaluating business needs, to hiring and programme management. I have a BA (Hons) degree and currently working towards my Cognitive Behavioural Therapy diploma.
