About Stephanie Waugh

I firmly believe that change can happen at both the individual level and on a larger, societal scale. I currently work at McLean Hospital where I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy to provide mental health care to vulnerable teenagers. My passion for politics and policy implementation also push me to think about about the growing mental health epidemic on the larger scale. In a world where many people do not have access to the physical and emotional resources that they need to thrive, I believe we need a synthesis of the individual care with broader reforms. I want to be a part of this push for change.
