My legal practice focuses on state and federal commercial litigation, representing large financial institutions in various federal regulation matters and creditors' rights and secured transactions matters. In my practice, I have successfully maximized clients'​ available rights and remedies in both litigation and out-of-court negotiations as well as successfully representing clients through all stages of the litigation process, from pre-litigation investigation through the trial and appellate proceedings. I am AV Peer Review Rated for Ethical Standards and Legal Ability by Martindale-Hubbell and was named a Super Lawyers for Business Litigation and Immigration. I am admitted in the State of Maine, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, State of Vermont, First Circuit Court of Appeals, Federal District Court for the District of Maine, Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Maine Bankruptcy Court and Massachusetts Bankruptcy Court. I am a member of the American Bar Association, the Maine State Bar Association, the Cumberland Bar Association, and am a past Director of the New Lawyer’s Section of the Maine State Bar Association.
