Manager of department with four main responsibilities. The first is to support invoicing and vendor revenue share for our IRA Administration application.The second is to provide invoicing and client communication support our Document Services team.The third is to perform tax reporting for our IRA Administration program, application support, and education event fulfillment. The fourth is to provide customer service and contracted product fulfillment. The team is comprised of 6 individuals working remotely.

My responsibilities include supervising seven staff members both locally in Middleton, WI as well as remotely in Brainerd, MN. My conversion team is responsible for implementing new financial organizations onto our IRAdirect platforms, converting from one platform to another, and mergers between financial institutions. My Operations team focuses on coordinating incoming forms and documents from financial organizations on our program.

My responsibilities include supervising two staff members in Brainerd, MN. My team is responsible for coordinating training events for our education team. Working with contracts, hotels, State Credit Union Leagues, State Banking Associations, etc. We were responsible for invoicing, monthly reporting, profitability reporting, our online registration system and providing great customer service.

My responsibilities include coordinating training events for external clients.This involved working with trainers, contracts, vendors, and conference sites.

I was responsible for coordinating schedules for a customer support center. Our department was responsible for supporting the network connections, computer equipment and the point of sale devices for all all of the Famous Footwear stores. We worked with technicians for new store setups as well as with store personnel to resolve a variety of technical issues.

Performed Help Desk support via phone and new hire security setup.

I worked as a secretary for the IS department and as a Technical Support Technician on the Help Desk.
