Prospected and qualified online E-commerce channels for increased web sales resulting in $750,000 additional revenue. Coordinated rate and contract negotiation process between 55 hotels and 250+ national and international companies. Facilitated national sales lead program for two national hotel brands. Organized national marketing and sales effort in conjunction with national and international trade publications. Prepared guest satisfaction survey results based on research conducted by JD Power and Associates.

Provided support for Senior Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Regional Vice Presidents, and Director of Marketing for a national hotel corporation. Facilitated incentive programs and contests to increase employee service level, loyalty, and motivation. Created and analyzed various surveys which were used for specific market research. Prepared financial production reports for periodic and annual review by officers and managers within the company.

Organized donor and membership solicitation and renewal which resulted in $28,637 of previously untapped resources. Supervised special volunteer committees in the planning and implementation of events at The Center. Revitalization of the Family Arts Council, a volunteer fund raising and special project group. Conducted research to help evaluate the existing membership system and presented recommendations to the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee for membership retention and growth.
