In my experience as a Pharmacy Technician I have had the opportunity to be a part of a wonderful career that has allowed me to help those in need. I have learned a variety of skills both on the job as well as my training in school. One of the many things I have now come to realize is this is an ever changing field that is mastered by professionalism and skills used every day. I have had opportunities throughout my schooling to practice important skills to multitask to make sure the office run smoothly. To me it is vital that patients tests be done accurately whether it be blood draws, urine samples, spirometry, EKG's. Communication both with the patient and with the staff is something I enjoy because I know I am helping the patient while being part of wonderful group of people who have the same goals I do.
