- Provide guidance, assistance, and support to customers at key moments in their relationship with Gusto-Guide customers through the process of getting offering health benefits and serve as their go-to advocate-Understand customer pain points and partner with cross-functional teams to simplify and automate existing processes-Partner with our sales and advising team to ensure successful transitions for all new benefits customers-Built relationships with brokers to ensure smooth application process- Provide expertise in healthcare and benefits enrollment-Work cross functionally to offer new products, build out processes, create workflows and scale across the organization
