Working as a waitress/bartender many years ago I had a regular customer that said to me "You would be great in marketing. Really. You should look into it, i really think it would suit you" And, as they say the rest is history. I thought about what he said for a while, looked into intro marketing jobs and decided to give it a try. Fast forward 15 years and I am working in a career that I am passionate about doing what I love to do. Amazing, right?As a manager of Creative Operations, I am tasked with managing traffic for an in-house creative department, tracking budget, managing vendor relationships and project managing important and meaningful projects through to completion. While I am not a Marie Kondo, I find that organization brings me joy. I like to help people get the best creative that they possibly can, while keeping our in-house design team on track and under budget.I love a good challenge and being a right-brained, excel-loving member of a free-spirited, hard working, left-brained design and creative team working to create awesome and awe inspiring designs - well that's a challenge that gets me out of bed everyday.
