Stephanie Morrison joined Logic Commercial Real Estate as an Operations Manager in April 2018. Her role is to lead the opening of Logic’s Reno location and to manage the office’s operation and procedures.Prior to joining Logic, Stephanie was a Marketing and Sales Coordinator Blast Deflectors, Inc., an international leader in jet blast and noise protection. Stephanie managed the business’s marketing presence through the use of brochures, advertisements, literature, industry exhibitions, and social media. She also coordinated all internal and external events from company offsite team building activities, internal meetings and events, as well as a 60th anniversary celebration with over 80 attendees.Moving to Nevada in 2004, Stephanie attended high school in Reno and quickly fell in love with the northern Nevada lifestyle. She attended the University of Nevada, Reno and received a degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Visual Communications. Her role as a production project manager with a publishing company shortly after finishing college influenced her interest in marketing and layout design. When she is not at the office, her hobbies include freelance logo and web content design and custom embroidery work.

Stephanie supported the sales team by creating industry awareness of products and services offered by Blast Deflectors and assisting with inside sales. Using knowledge of Adobe products including InDesign and Illustrator, Stephanie worked to create and illustrate marketing materials, advertisements, literature, and presentations. With her experience in Journalism, Stephanie updated the Blast Deflectors website, managed social media activity, as well as preformed edits and review of all new and existing marketing materials.

Assisted 10 brokers and property managers throughout two office locations in marketing sale and lease properties. Marketing included individualized brochure creation, website maintenance for over 80 properties, syndication to various marketing sites including LoopNet and CoStar, and social media presence for both office activities and listings as well as specialized property pages as needed. Additional Real Estate assistance included production of leases, purchase and sale agreements, representation agreements and leasing agreements.

Stephanie preformed a review of education-related webpages and images for an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance project as well as continued quality reviews for Department of Education Regulations. Additional work included research assistance for finance and education web content.

Assisted with the production of large folio catalogs, law journals, fiction and non-fiction works. Large ongoing client projects included maintaining and managing the workflow for developing NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) Manuals and Rulebooks for print, PDF and eBook formats (.epub/.mobi) as well as the annual update of the Edward Don Big Book and preparation for print.
