I have written and designed certification manuals, strategized social media campaigns, built websites, created customer email journeys, launched lead generation campaigns, built and maintained a video on demand platform, led in person presentations, and so much more. I embody the phrase "entrepreneurial spirit".As an Account Director & Salesperson I was responsible for new customer acquisition and customer retention to meet quarterly sales targets. My responsibilities lived predominantly in the presale and handoff stages of the program life cycle. My customers included brand managers, agency partners, and sponsorship teams.As a Project Manager I handled all internal cross functional team communications and deliverables working with sales, creative, engineering, hosting, and quality assurance, while managing post sale customer communications working with brand managers, agency partners, and sponsorship teams. My areas of expertise included promotion and loyalty law, UX design, data security, API integration, timeline management, budget tracking, and customer success.
