I'm an entrepreneur with 10 years of experience at a technology agency and 8 years as a self-funded global business owner. I have been the subject matter expert ensuring customer success for clients both large and small ranging from Fortune 500 companies to thousands of small businesses and individuals. Currently I have the pleasure of being a Customer Success Manager at Dynatrace.As a self-funded small business owner, I did it all: sales, customer service, strategy, marketing, product development, hiring, training..."wearing many hats" is an understatement. My brand footprint began in Michigan and quickly grew to 30 states and 10 countries all through hard work, determination, world class services, and a focus on customer success. My clients were managing directors at national health clubs, independent studio owners, and individual fitness professionals around the world. In 2016 I brought my service offerings online - before online became cool in 2020. As long as customers had access to the internet, they could have access to Barre Intensity. I have written and designed certification manuals, strategized social media campaigns, built websites, created customer email journeys, launched lead generation campaigns, built and maintained a video on demand platform, led in person presentations, and so much more. I embody the phrase "entrepreneurial spirit".As an Account Director & Salesperson I was responsible for new customer acquisition and customer retention to meet quarterly sales targets. My responsibilities lived predominantly in the presale and handoff stages of the program life cycle. While in presale mode I built robust new customer pipeline, led strategy meetings, created pitch decks, presented campaign ideas, scoped services, drafted statements of work, and finalized sales.
