After assessing the needs of each organization, as a L&D Consultant, it is my responsibility to lead client accounts through our most in-depth program offerings, such as ground-up customization and high level technical training. I work with my clients as a trusted advisor, strategic collaborator, and long-term partner for their businesses. I apply my one-of-a-kind work experience and skills to make sure that each training program that I develop is results-focused, relevant, and successful in the eyes of the participants and each organization. In this role I am required to be the expert in:* The increased role of the blended learning approach, and what it means to large organizations in need of time-sensitive training solutions* The importance of focusing not just on the immediate training needs, but also future training needs simultaneously* Complete ownership of the training process, including trainer relationship management, instructional design processes, and quality control* Cross-functional training approachesA leader in the learning and development industry, SkillPath provides clients and business professionals worldwide with strategic and innovative training solutions.
