I pride myself in being resourceful as a grant writer and marketing coordinator. I approach new experiences with a mindset of growth, and easily adjust to new scenarios. I am also a creative problem solver and work well with multi-tasking. I work well autonomously, and have excellent time management and task management skills. I have been working in a non-profit arts education setting for 17+ years, and have been with my current employer, Infinity Visual and Performing Arts, Inc. for the entirety of that time. I help to secure approximately 45% of our organization's operating budget annually in awarded grants, which help keep more than 30 employees teaching and more than 1,000 students engaged in high level arts education experiences in music, art, dance, theater, photography, and performance. My areas of expertise include: grant management, grant writing/reporting, social media content creation, photo and video editing, website maintenance, fundraising, and event planning. I most commonly work with the following software/programs: Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Audition, Photoshop), Canva. I am also comfortable with using the following social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
