Having an excellent work ethic has always been something I pride myself in. In my nine plus years of customer service-related experience, I have gained plentiful skills and knowledge to facilitate highly effective and efficient assistance to those that I serve. I have fine-tuned my problem-solving skills in both my careers as a transaction coordinator and my previous roles in call center settings and assistant management.I recently received my Bachelors of Science in Communication from Arizona State University and am thrilled to begin my pursuit of finding a career that best suits me!
