I have spent 13 years analyzing, developing, designing, implementing and evaluating training materials for adult and youth learners. I am a very positive, self motivated employee that loves to create and collaborate with others. My passion is creating successful, engaging curriculum to improve any skill set and provide helpful feedback. Advocating for needs of employees or users is what I strive to do in my careers.
