Led the local management team during a tough economic downturn and grew the business from $2 million to $5 million in 2 years.April 2002: Successfully launched Resources Audit Solutions, LLC (RAS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Resources Global with minimal investment from the parent company. RAS provides co-sourced and outsourced GRC and internal audit services, special projects, risk assessments, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) consulting projects. Developed and built the infrastructure for the entire company, including the practice methodologies, the software development (PolicyIQ), the client service delivery model, and the recruiting model. Hired and assembled an executive team and grew the company from the ground floor to an annual run rate of $45 million in its first 15 months.
