I lead the roadmap and development of features on the core Globe and Mail website experience, with the goal of increasing engagement, growing traffic, encouraging subscriptions and optimizing page performance.

As product manager, I work closely with engineering, QA and other product managers to create great news products, in addition to managing the relationships and initiatives The Globe pursues with third party partners. As the editor of Globe Drive and Globe Careers, I am responsible for assigning, editing or writing all content that runs on the two properties. In Drive, I covered everything mobility, and in Careers I covered everything to do with the future of work. As the digital editor and a senior strategist for Globe Content Studio, The Globe and Mail's commercial content studio, I work with journalists, illustrators, videographers and advertisers to assign, edit, and produce branded content in The Globe and Mail. I'm part of a lean team that that believes heavily in being cross trained. That means that I touch all points of the content process - from ideation to distribution strategy to content creation to metrics. I also transition seamlessly from communicating with clients to working with journalists to create strong, interesting content, and I'm able to take results and boil it down for internal stakeholders.
