Stephan’s role was to clarify and help project teams work with Azure DevOps in a way that would make the change process faster, coming agile scaling easier and them more prepared for future ways of working. Created, implemented and followed up 3 trainings in agile leadership "Leadership forgrowth" for Connect Väst, Skaraborg with follow-up trainings for staff in participatingcompanies, e.g. Astro Sweden, Villa BK. The theme partly followed the concept of Management 3.0 (agileleadership), partly a methodology developed long ago in-house for managing personalleadership and strengthening one's own teams based on it.

As a Workshop-leader/Agile Teamtrainer, responsible for establishing an agile approach and in helping teams focus on value creation for customers. Created a concept, where the approach was to strengthen personal leadership, improve communication, and create a structure aimed at giving and receiving feedback. The feedback received from teamleaders, which was visible in the teams, was that communication became clear and productive, both inside and across the organization and that transparency and dynamics increased significantly.

As a change leader, created a concept focused on strengthening customer loyalty in companies. A crucial factor was to anchor the importance of customer care for all employees. This reinforced the commitment and awareness of the customer's importance for the company's success. The customer focus was enhanced, so that companies then could work towards a much clearer vision of "the Customer IS the Company", integrated awareness and focused, structured engagement with customers.

Supported the transforming of operations from being logistics and controller intensive to being more market-oriented. With deep engagement as sounding board to the CEO in tactical/strategic issues, vision and goals creation, team development of management team, coaching of the Nordic management team, seminars for Nordic staff and team development of staff. During this time, their sales increased from 325 MSEK to 525 MSEK. They reached and exceeded their goals each year with key figures requested by the parent company. The company was then controlled with better profitability/margin than previous sales focus. This in turn changed its sales efforts towards partnership and complex service sales.

Team leader for a group of IPMA certified project managers, doing an evaluation process for project manager training in Sweden. Stephan's responsibility, as an experienced competence developer, was to support mapping and to have “the final say” in the verification of probable skills outcomes after the training effort. The result became part of the association's site to be able to choose education based on specific needs and likely increase in post-training competence.

Responsible for operating a transformation in the organization with the aim of increasing cooperation within various business units. Another responsibility for Stephan was to coach managers to support organizational change. At the HR department he was considered the "problem solver" and conducted workshops to improve and strengthen cooperation in different teams as well as leader coaching. As an example of mastering coaching, Stephan, during a 2-day workshop, turned 10-15 years of conflicts to the fact that they subsequently worked significantly better.

The purpose was to support their change from belonging to IT to belong to Commercial Operations; also worked with one of the world's leading "flavor and fragrance" companies, Giveaudan, with team development following an organizational change after they were purchased and needed to find new ways of working.
