Assistant to Vice President of New York State Programs, an Autism Cares Partner to support operational functions of the organization including but not limited to executive support, human resources and external reporting and compliance. Operations Assistant are required to understand the work- flows of each department and how they interact with each other such as knowing the detailed process of Early Intervention cases from start to finish including IFSPs. As well as providing problem-solving, mediation tactics and support to departments and their Directors. Developing reports, excel templates and data analysis charts for Department Directors that reflect target criteria. In addition to assisting departments as Operation Assistant, we work with Site Coordinators to develop a warm and supportive environment for families that encourages a strong partnership between parents and the company, to ensure necessary supplies and equipment are available for each classroom, to promote center-based programs by marketing the school to prospective families, to structure and implement employee handbook, safety protocols and ensuring compliance to New York City and Westchester County Day: Day Care and Early Intervention Guidelines. Lastly, understand New York Early Intervention System (NYEIS) and iCentral, our data management program. Learning new software programs implemented by NYEIS and how they affect current workflow. Developing new ways of tracking information within both programs.
