I am an Operations Manager/ Executive Assistant at Northern Manhattan Perinatal Partnership (NMPP), a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive and coordinated services to pregnant women, infants, and families in Northern Manhattan. I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.Before becoming the Operations Manager/Executive Assistant at NMPP, I was a Family Support Specialist with Healthy Families Central Harlem, a program at NMPP, for seven months. I worked with individuals and families in the community to help them overcome challenges and reach their goals, using my skills in fieldwork, time management, and teamwork. I have a passion for supporting people in need and empowering them to improve their well-being and quality of life. I have a non-graduate degree from Penn Foster High School and am currently taking courses to obtain my PMP. I am always eager to learn new skills and enhance my knowledge and competencies in my field of work.
