CurrentAs a National Account Executive for TEKsystems, I work with the leading Technology Enablement customers to ensure account management goals and executive strategies are met. I work with THE BEST team in Raleigh to support our top customers to achieve goals for digital transformation, marketing operations, core applications (IT), enterprise applications and implementations (ERP), risk and security, infrastructure and optimization, and desktop support. With more than 10 years of experience in sales and account management, I have developed a strong sense of urgency for delivery, retention, and unparalleled customer support and hope to be a part of your company's continued success. Primary responsibilities include: - Partnering with team to ensure weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals are met - Achieving year over year growth within portfolio - Working with delivery partners and recruiting managers to ensure we are meeting staff augmentation needs- Working with TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) to support strategic partnership initiatives and deliverable based outcomes for our customers - Supporting the Red Hat Premier Partnership through consulting services and business development channel strategyKey Highlights: - 105% YOY Portfolio Account Growth in 2020, 128% in 2021, 72% in 2022- Primary account growth in 2019 (7.4%), 2020 (30.3%), 2022 (18.4%) - As an account lead, my team and I grew by 21.5% since 2019-2022- 341% Growth in 2020 for strategic partnerships and co-managed solutions- Over $1M in annualized revenue in cloud integrations and digital acceleration initiatives- Account Manager of the Year 2020, Batman and Robin Award in 2021 - 2023 "Core Values: Serving Others" and "Grit" Award Winner- Full year contest winner and partner at TEKsystems 2020, 2021, 2022- Donate 5% of annual personal earnings towards the following charitable causes: Pretty in Pink, American Heart Association, Toys for Tots, and American Cancer Society
