-Managed 10 organizers to surpass goals by completing 3,317 virtual shifts, recruiting 307 active volunteers, identifying 17,681 supporters, from 50,098 voter contacts and four virtual staging locations.-Established the Greenville supply hub to coordinate PPE distribution, provisional ballot canvassing to 27 counties and launch door-to-door GOTV canvassing.-Oversaw all in-region communication to volunteers by editing all volunteer contact email and creating +75 mobilize links for in-region voter contact events and volunteer training. -Created and trained all organizers on weekly PTG tracker, GOTV tracker, confirmation process, 1:1’s, recruitment calls, flake chase, and story of self.

-Executed direct voter contact (DVC) operations in the greater Detroit area and suburbs in two Weekends of Action.-Recruited 23 new individual DVC shifts in a turf which had previously not been organized which amounted to 717 targets canvassed before Get Out the Vote operations.-Found 102 shifts for Get Out The Vote (GOTV) and Weekend of Action operations.-Assisted in day operations and recruitment for Senator Warren’s town hall in Detroit, which saw over 2,200 attendees and resulted in 936 DVC shifts recruited.

Burlington, Iowa

-Filled in gaps in precinct leadership and recruiting Direct Voter Contact shifts for Des Moines County Iowa.-Recruited 13 new volunteer shifts for Dry Runs and Get Out The Caucus Operations.-Gathered or re-affirmed a total of 59 commits across Des Moines, Scott, and Lee County Iowa.-Helped establish Precinct team leadership with targeted recruitment canvassing in Burlington’s 7th Precinct and Union Precinct.

Houston, Texas Area

-Recruited and trained over 190 volunteers across the two regions in Houston.-Streamlined canvass operations in the Southeast of Houston which contributed to over 180,000 canvass attempts and helped the campaign hit over 500,000 doors by COB on election day.

-Monitored and executed grassroots campaign field operations in Outagamie County for Senator Tammy Baldwin, Governor Tony Evers, and the Democratic ticket -Engaged and trained over 290 volunteers, built 4 neighborhood action teams that amounted to 324 Canvassers and 111 phone bankers during GOTV operations -Contributed to winning Outagamie County for Senator Baldwin by 535 votes -Outperformed 2014 midterm results by 5 percentage points in the gubernatorial race-Reached recruitment and Direct Voter Contact goals with over 50,000 Direct Voter Contact attempts and 41,000 Volunteer recruitment calls
