Through my purchasing experience in transport (an area I have worked in throughout the whole of my career) in both the private and the public sectors, I have built up an extensive knowledge of the procurement cycle and have developed and implemented a large range of procurement strategies (both OJEU and non-OJEU) for delivery of projects. For the next stage of my career I am keen to further develop my management skills and move into a procurement management and more strategic assurance and approval / guidance role.
