I have worked with Aberdeen FC in various volunteer, community and coaching roles. In that time, I have amassed 11 years of experience that I feel has turned me into the person I am today!AFCCT Community Coach (Inverurie) ⚽ My current role for 5+ years... has seen me deliver the following projects ⬇🔴 Syrian Refugee mental health programme🔴 Football Fans in Training with Inverurie Locos & AFCCT 🔴 1500+ children attended AFCCT football camps specifically in Inverurie over 4 years🔴 Co-ordinated 3 Community Days for Inverurie Locos and this seen 2000+ fans attend Highland League matches (Huge Team Effort)🔴 Worked with the elderly in care homes, sheltered housing complexes, supporting the Garioch Sports Centre Senior Timetable and delivering the Garioch Games since 2017! 1000+ Elderly engaged 🔴 100+ hours of coach mentoring with coaches from Inverurie Loco Works, Colony Park grassroots clubs...delivering in-services to coaches, parents and players including Sports Nutrition workshops where I supervised RGU work placement students🔴 Established an Over 35's Football Tournament in Inverurie in partnership with the Scottish FA 🔴 Delivered projects to 1000+ pupils in Garioch primary schools over 4 years 🔴 Supported through my UEFA B Licence by AFCCT and completed between 2018-2019🔴 Organised Dementia and Autism Awareness workshops of local employees🔴 In partnership with Colony Park FC and the Scottish FA women's Development Officer (North) we grew the girls section from 10 to 100+ girls 🔴 I have supported 10 coaches through their SFA licence qualifications (C Licence or Children's award) 🔴 Study trip in 2016 with the Scottish FA to visit the Benfica Youth Academy and their futebol sporting complex 🔴 Established the formation of the Inverurie Community Football Partnership in 2016 bringing clubs from Highland League, Junior, Amateur and grassroots together to provide a sustainable pathway for girls & boys🔴 Led a Youth Exchange trip to the Feyenoord Foundation with AFCCT. Everton and Benfica were also present! All young persons who came on the trip are either in employment or FT Higher Education🔴 Shadowed & delivered alongside SFA Coach Education tutors and we have had 1000+ coaches from the Garioch attend Coach Education in 4 yearsI may have missed plenty but within all the above experiences were success, failure, mistakes, learning, trying new things and life lessons that have made me stronger and more determined than ever to go as high as I possibly can!"Saviour Success and Build on It!"
