Stephen started his working carer in a family owned Electrical Contracting Business as a full time Electrician for Electripair Service Co, gaining experience in the installation, maintenance and service of electrical equipment in domestic, commercial and industrial premises over a 10 year period whilst completing his Electrical Apprenticeship and a Certificate Course in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.Stephen then took on various Building Engineering/ Facilities Management and General Manager roles over the next 25 years with Property Management and Development Companies including Knight Frank, CBRE, Colliers, Grocon (No.1 Martin Place Management) Mirvac/Leightons JV (Westpac Place). During this time Stephen completed a Masters Degree at Sydney University in Architectural and Design Science (Building Services).Stephen has been working as a Director of Electripair for the past 7 years working as an Electrical Contractor with his daughter who is now a fully qualified Electrician after completing her 4 year apprenticeship.Stephen when requested also works on a casual basis for a North Sydney based Mechanical, Electrical Engineering Consulting firm in a Senior Engineering role.
