Prior to Amazon, I serve as the Lab Director at Affinity Grow, overseeing the complete development and management of the laboratory. My role includes designing and implementing processes, managing monthly production quotas, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement.Previously, I held the position of Product & Applications Manager at Milestone Inc., where I managed a team of Field Chemists, executed nationwide demonstrations, and supported sales and marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and market presence.As the VP of Production at Planet 13 Holdings, I led the design, budgeting, and buildout of an 18,500 square foot production facility. I formulated and scaled over 40 products under the brand names HAHA Infusions and Dreamland Edibles, managed input costs, and expanded the division from 5 to over 30 team members.
