My experience spans multiple leadership roles, where I have consistently driven operational excellence and strategic initiatives.I'm currently an Operations Manager for Amazon (AMZL) in the last-mile process, ensuring that our customers receive their orders reliably and fast. Prior to Amazon, I serve as the Lab Director at Affinity Grow, overseeing the complete development and management of the laboratory. My role includes designing and implementing processes, managing monthly production quotas, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement.Previously, I held the position of Product & Applications Manager at Milestone Inc., where I managed a team of Field Chemists, executed nationwide demonstrations, and supported sales and marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and market presence.As the VP of Production at Planet 13 Holdings, I led the design, budgeting, and buildout of an 18,500 square foot production facility. I formulated and scaled over 40 products under the brand names HAHA Infusions and Dreamland Edibles, managed input costs, and expanded the division from 5 to over 30 team members. Additionally, I oversaw the distribution of products to over 60 dispensaries across Nevada.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from New Mexico State University and am currently pursuing an MBA at New York University, with an expected graduation date of August 2026.
