CurrentI maintain customer relationships, meet sales targets, and ensure efficient sales operations within my territory.• Responsible for business-to-business consultative selling and account management for a $5,000,000 territory across Southern Alberta and parts of British Columbia. • Analyze individual customers business and the territory as a whole to develop sales strategies that maintain quarterly and monthly targets and meet annual growth target• Manage the territory promotional funds budget to create sales promotions to achieve sell through• Devise sales strategies, analyze data, address customer concerns, and identify sales opportunities• Manage annual sales cycle made up of several quarterly promotions and by-annual sales events.• Ensure proper sell through of product before the introduction of the next promotion.• Act as liaison between my customers and other departments within my company. Communicate information in easy to understand terms, deescalate tense situations and find customer centric and sales focused solutions to complex problems. • Plan, organize and execute in market sales events at my customers businesses where I can engage with end users directly, promote the brand and drive sales for my customers. • Identifying and implementing sales strategies based on customers needs and specific product mixes to promote growth.
