 Helped with the establishment of the Global Mobility Solutions Team at Enterprise Services Finance to work on and eventually remove the four level III Corrective Action Reports issued by DCMA/DCAA. Supporting merger activities between hUTG and hRTN deployment strategies, including leading the Govt, Auditing, Compliance and Reporting Team for the RTX Mobility Governance Board. Established a monthly cadence with compliance to meet the necessary reporting requirements for GMS to satisfy the Corrective Action Plan that Raytheon put in place. Generated and conducted deployment training sessions for Program Finance including the creation of a new ESWIP Cost Element guidebook

 Coordinated with Raytheon Patriot leadership and US Government on a reduced effort contract extension presented to the Qatari Emerati Air Defense Force with regards to future depot requirements. Provided tactical direction for program execution via multi-functional teams (CONUS/OCONUS, IIS/IDS) including the implementation the reduced effort contract extension in advance on contract modification. Deployed process improvement plans regarding the program cadence & requirements to ensure contractual and Raytheon deliverables and reporting are met using best practices.  Collaborated with deployed personnel to generate in country standard operating procedures (SOPs) and developed best practices to be implemented at the interim depot and final depot once available. Responsible for the onboarding and preparation in CONUS of the now deployed OCONUS Depot Operations Program Manager. Managed and presented EACs to multiple Patriot Leadership levels (Tier III – V)

 Interim Business Manager for the Qatar Portfolio during the February to May 2017 time frame. Supervisor of three financial analysts responsible for the day to day Earned Value and monthly close process on the Qatar Program Portfolio. Coordinate with Program Management, IPT/CPT Leads, CAMs, and the CET Finance to ensure compliance with all Raytheon Earned Value Policies and Procedures. Complete on a Monthly and Quarterly basis the customer required IPMR and CFSR CDRLs. Support the multiple proposal pursuits from Qatar Training, TA/NET, & DEPOT. Coordinate Quarterly EACs through the Qatar Team utilizing the FSM & EDIT + Tool and review with Senior Management.

 Baseline and Monitor the cost for the newly awarded TA Expanded Scope Contract. Working with multiple organizations to ensure financial cost controls. Coordinate with Program Management, IIS, & IAS to ensure compliance with all Raytheon Earned Value Policies and Procedures. Collaborate with in-country business administrator to help support ex-patriots in deployment, sustainment, and repatriation through financial, HR, and misc. support. Coordinate Quarterly EACs with business segments through the EDIT + Tool and review with Senior Management. Generate monthly Financial CDRL packages as well as Certified Man Month Invoices and coordinated the review and approval with DCMA through WAWF. Supported multiple Audits (DCMA/DCAA/ACC-R) and helped with negotiations of the TA Expanded Scope Proposal.

 Supervised the Domestic Production Finance Team to ensure the completion of all Earned Value & Program metrics for seven FFP contracts totaling over $800M. Coordinated with CAMs, Control Leads, and Program Management to ensure compliance with all Raytheon Earned Value Policies and Procedures, specifically with regards to VARs/BCRs/LREs/SWAs/ Monitored weekly/monthly EVMS Data including staffing profiles, management reserve requests and LRE EQPs and presented to program management via weekly & monthly reviews. Coordinated Quarterly EACs with business segments through the FSM and EDIT + Tool and reviewed with Senior Management.
