Managed the workflow through the very busy studio. I directed the design team to deliver the outstanding service required by our clients, including: Twigden Homes, Berkeley Homes, Watford Football Club, Saracens Rugby Club, Watford Council, Mid Beds District Council and Cole & Mason.

Joined on a two-year apprenticeship in the Design Studio. After completion, I was employed full time and in 1994 promoted to Studio Manager responsible for all page features and advertisements for local and regional newspapers and magazines.
