Only left this position under Redundancy due to Business Relocation. I have now started a new career working for the NHS in the Corporate Affairs Office.My Management skills include; Management, Leadership, Communication, Organisational, Presentation, Team Work, Problem Solving, Interpersonal, Customer Service & Motivational skills. I have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & other management tools including PACE & LEAN. I am IOSCHE Health & Safety qualified and also am a qualified St. John’s First Aider. In recent years I completed and attained ILM3 Management Essentials & Functional Skills accredited qualification via Oxford Sherwood College.My previous responsibilities included dealing with Human Resource staff related issues including Sickness, Staff Dialogue (PDI) & under-performance (PIPS) processes. I worked as part of a close small Management Team using Active Management in overseeing a busy Office workflow production, maintaining Business Account SLAs' managing staff in processes of Post Opening, Cashiering, Scanning, Data-verification & Query Handling. I have proven ability to interact well a wide cross section of people from Senior Company Executives, Clients & employees. For six years I acted as an Elected Employee Forum Representative and worked on several TUPE Transfers & Redundancy Consultations. More recently I was asked to become a PCS Union Representative and was involved in successful Company Pay Negotiations.
