• Hired as General Manager of Bourbon Blue in Manayunk, PA in April 2010. Directly responsible for all restaurant operations including Service, Bar and Culinary areas. I am also responsible for all on line presence as well as all graphic design of advertisement materials. Directly responsible for maintaining sales as well as acceptable cost percentages for all food and alcohol items. During my time we have been able to grow the business to $1.6 Million per year with a 10% yearly increase the last 2 years.

• Hired as Service Manager for Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Wyomissing, PA. Responsible for all Front of House scheduling as well as maintaining top level appearance standards for all guest areas. Maintained par or better Guest Satisfaction Survey Scores during time as Service manager.• Transferred to Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Easton, PA in March 2006. Took over culinary operations and brought all service criteria to best ever level including waste and labor numbers. Also achieved above company standard Total Quality scores for 4 consecutive quarters and brought culinary guest satisfaction scores to all time high. Awarded a Culinary Immersion trip to Tuscany, Italy for achieving and maintaining all previously mentioned measures.• Was moved to Lawrenceville, NJ Olive Garden to help reinstall culinary systems. Also responsible for retraining underperforming employees and assisting the General Manager in bringing all below standard measures to above company goals.• Transferred to Willow Grove, PA Olive Garden to again assist in retraining culinary and service staff in all company systems and standards. As Culinary Manager, achieved best ever Total Quality scores including scoring the first 100% in Food Safety and Sanitation in the Philadelphia Division.
