Document Manager for Post T5 Transfer Baggage System at Heathrow Airport

To manage documentation across Capital Projects by improving the quality and consistency of our Document Management (Documentum) hand-over & archive processes, and raise the awareness and profile of non-compliance with teams across the business

Responsible for preparing, collating and handing over all H&S documentation and drawing requirements in according to BAA's processes using Documentum Management System. Liaising with external suppliers to ensure strict deadlines are met.

Responsible for producing business unit ownership CAD maps across the whole of Heathrow liaising with all business owners for the purpose of identifying their assets. (Terminals, tunnels, properties & airfield)Provided expert knowledge to aid in the development and implementation of project-wide Asset Stewardship procedures and practices.

Responsible for supporting BAA’s ‘Acquire & Maintain Assets Information Management System (AIM) on Terminal 5 Project.Acted as the business owner responsible for administering allgeographical locations and room numbering using ADT 2006, agreeing with property, airfield and finance the correct BAA terminology to ensure a common language was maintained.

Preparation of Structural & RC Detailing drawings for T5 substructures.Responsible for the recruitment, training & support of CAD operators on the Terminal 5 Project.Acted as co-ordinator between various project teams to resolve ongoing issues.Provided expert knowledge to aid in the development & implementation of project-wide CAD procedures & practices.

Various contract Structural, Civil, Architectural, & Petro-Chemical Draughtsman/CAD positions experienced in RC Detailing, Steelwork, Drainage, Roads, Rail, Bridges and Piping working for major International and UK consultants on high profile projects.
