Responsible for the provision of half yearly bonus data in using existing SAS processes in support of bonus declarations. This involved ownership of all SAS processes, including bonus models and management information reports. SAS technical lead in development activities, taking responsibility for the quality of the results. Focal point for the provision of SAS technical expertise for other members of the Customer Services team.

Responsible for providing actuarial valuation data and MI reports as part of the regular financial reporting. This involved communication with other teams in order to deal with data quality issues and to provide data for ad hoc requests.Supporting development activities as required, testing results and embedding revised processes into the normal production cycle. Also reviewing documentation and training material and updating it where necessary. I maintained Royal & Sun Alliance data processes for several years and trained others in these processes. Assisting in project work such as Solvency II documentation and data analytics as required.
