Establishes/maintains mutual aid/support agreements with civilian agencies for consequence management. Coordinates Force Protection and integration of assets for annual exercises. Primary member of Force Protection and Physical Security Councils and the FBI led Executive JTTF. Forecasts DES resource requirements short and long term, manages all aspects of human resources, including new positions, performance plans, tracking work performance, assigning work based on program priorities and reviewing end product for adequacy and quality. Approves appointments, promotions, reassignments and serves as management's poc for union issues. Develops training requirements and oversees the overall training program.

As the Personnel Security Program Manager, I was responsible for the oversight of the Holloman AFB, NM Personnel Security Program. Was responsible for the initiation, maintenance and processing of security clearances for all personnel assigned to the 49th Fighter Wing and tenant units. Was responsible for the training of all wing/activity security managers and personnel officers. Served as Wing POC for all personnel security clearance matters, and coordinated with 497th IG/INS for clearance eligibility, updates, clearance verification and establishment of Special Security Files (SSFs). Responsible for the upgrade and processing of personnel security clearances for the 49th Fighter Wing, Holloman AFB to utilize the new EPSQ software. I decreased the processing time for security clearances by 15% and trained 15 squadron security managers on the processing of security clearances. Introduced new personnel security application within the installation. Trained security managers within each of the unit and mission support elements on all aspects of personnel security.

Supervised the conduct of physical security inspections and surveys of military assets, Pre-positioned Organizational Maintenance Storage, Arms, Ammunition and Explosive sites to determine compliance with DoD and DA regulations and guidelines. Coordinated Noncombatant Evacuation Orders with USAREUR and host nation. Supervised ccounting\safeguarding of classified defense information. Wrote, reviewed and maintained the installation Force Protection, Physical Security, Terrorism Counteraction and other related plans.Investigated breaches of security to determine if loss, theft, pilferage, damage or compromise of classified defense information or sensitive material had occurred. Conducted briefings to higher headquarters on mission capabilities. Worked with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that security was built in to new and existing structures. Served as Port Security Officer at the European ports of Rotterdam, Netherlands and Bremerhaven, Germany for the deployment of Fifth Corp and Seventh Corp Equipment in support of Desert Storm; Port Security Officer at the same ports for the return of forces and equipment to Europe (Desert Farewell); Coordinated all security and logistical requirements for classified and sensitive equipment/ammunition entering or departing the 254th Base Support Battalion area of responsibility.Served as port security officer for 5 European ports in support of the deployment of Fifth and Seventh Corps assets for Desert Shield.
